10 Refund Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Prime Publishing Labs we are committed to providing professional publishing, editing, design, branding, and marketing services. Since each project is customized to the client's specific requirements, work begins immediately upon project initiation. Our refund policy has been established to ensure fairness to both our clients and our company.

1. Cancellation Before Project Commencement

Clients may request to cancel their project before any work has commenced.

If a cancellation request is received before the project has entered production, a refund will be issued less a 10% administrative and payment processing fee.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility is determined by the stage of the project at the time the cancellation request is received.

a. Before Initial Deliverables

If a cancellation request is received before the delivery of the initial project deliverables, the client will be eligible for a 90% refund, with 10% retained to cover administrative, payment processing, and project setup costs.

b. Within 48 Hours of Initial Delivery

If the cancellation request is received within 48 hours after the initial project deliverables have been provided, the client may be eligible for a 66% refund, less the applicable administrative and processing fees.

c. Between 48–96 Hours of Initial Delivery

If the cancellation request is received between 48 and 96 hours after the initial project deliverables have been provided, the client may be eligible for a 33% refund, less the applicable administrative and processing fees.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be available under the following circumstances:

More than 96 hours have elapsed following the delivery of the initial project deliverables.

The client has approved any deliverable or requested revisions.

Final project files have been delivered.

Work has commenced on discounted, promotional, bundled, or customized service packages.

Third-party services have been purchased or completed on the client's behalf, including but not limited to:

  • ISBN registration

  • Domain registration

  • Website hosting

  • Printing expenses

  • Advertising or paid marketing campaigns

  • Software licenses

  • Stock images, fonts, or licensed creative assets

The client becomes unresponsive for 10 consecutive business days, causing the project to be placed on hold or delayed.

The cancellation request is based solely on a change of mind, personal circumstances, budget constraints, or a decision not to proceed after work has commenced.

4. Marketing Services

Marketing services involve strategic planning, content creation, advertising setup, SEO implementation, campaign management, and other time-sensitive work.

Because these services begin immediately after project initiation, marketing fees become non-refundable once campaign development has commenced or any marketing assets have been created.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely project completion, clients agree to:

  • Provide requested materials in a timely manner.

  • Review deliverables promptly.

  • Submit revision requests within the agreed project timeline.

  • Maintain communication throughout the project.

Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines and refund eligibility.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 10–15 business days after approval.

Bank processing times may vary depending on the client's financial institution.

7. Dispute Resolution

Prime Publishing Labs is committed to resolving concerns professionally and in good faith. If a client is dissatisfied with any aspect of the project, we encourage them to contact their Project Manager before requesting a cancellation so that we may work toward a mutually satisfactory resolution.

8. Policy Updates

Prime Publishing Labs reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will apply prospectively and will not affect agreements already in progress unless otherwise agreed in writing.
